1. Membership Acceptance

Membership in the Vyapari Network is a privilege, not a right. All applications are reviewed by the Chapter Membership Committee. We reserve the right to deny or revoke membership to maintain the professional integrity of the network.

2. Industry Exclusivity

We maintain a strict "One Member Per Category" policy. Once a seat is occupied by a business/professional representing a specific industry, no other business from the same category can join that specific chapter. Members must represent their primary business activity as declared during registration.

3. Fees & Refund Policy

Membership involves an annual subscription fee including induction charges. All fees paid to Vyapari Network are non-refundable, as they are utilized for network administration, events, and chapter growth activities. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless a cancellation request is submitted 30 days prior to expiry.

4. Attendance & Participation

Professional networking thrives on consistency. Members are expected to attend scheduled meetings. A member may send a substitute if they are unable to attend. Excessive absences without a substitute may result in the forfeiture of your exclusive industry seat.

5. Professional Code of Conduct

• Provide quality services at the prices quoted.
• Be truthful with other members and their referrals.
• Build goodwill and trust among the community.
• Follow up on referrals promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high ethical standards in all business dealings.

6. App & Platform Usage

The Vyapari Network mobile app is for the exclusive use of active members. Unauthorized scraping of member data, sharing login credentials, or using the platform for mass spamming/unsolicited marketing to members is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate termination of membership.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vyapari Network provides the platform for connections but does not guarantee the quality of services or business resulting from referrals. Members engage in business transactions at their own risk and discretion.
